Empire Technologies LLC DBA Elink

Empire Technologies LLC, doing business as Elink (“Elink”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), is an authorized MDU dealer and reseller of DIRECTV STREAM. We provide customers with access to DIRECTV STREAM services in partnership with DIRECTV.

Please read the following terms carefully:

1. No Ownership or Control of DIRECTV STREAM

Elink is not the service provider of DIRECTV STREAM. We do not own, operate, or control the DIRECTV STREAM platform, services, applications, or content. We act solely as an authorized reseller and facilitator, helping customers sign up for DIRECTV STREAM and supporting their experience with the service.

2. Your Contract is with DIRECTV

All streaming services, including any associated terms, service commitments, fees, content rights, privacy policies, and user agreements, are entirely governed by DIRECTV. When you sign up for DIRECTV STREAM through us, you are entering into a direct relationship with DIRECTV, not Elink.

Your use of DIRECTV STREAM is subject to DIRECTV’s own legal terms and privacy policies, which you can review at the following links:

3. Support Services

As an authorized MDU dealer, Elink may offer onboarding assistance, account setup help, and basic troubleshooting support to customers using DIRECTV STREAM. However, any service-related issues, content access questions, or billing disputes fall under the responsibility of DIRECTV and should be directed to their customer service.

4. Limitation of Liability

Elink shall not be liable for:

•Any service outages or performance issues with DIRECTV STREAM.

•Content changes, programming availability, or pricing decisions made by DIRECTV.

•Any contractual disputes, data usage, or privacy matters governed by DIRECTV policies.

By using our services to access DIRECTV STREAM, you acknowledge and agree that Elink’s role is strictly limited to that of a reseller and support facilitator, and all legal obligations regarding the streaming service lie with DIRECTV.
