How does Elink’s service work?

Elink builds a fully managed, secure network inside your building and delivers high-speed internet to every resident that outperforms what local cable providers offer. We run the network day to day, and building management keeps full control over it.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is tailored to the size of your property and averages around $35 per unit per month. The monthly fee covers the service with no upfront cost, so it scales with your building.

How does the property owner make money?

You set the price residents pay. Local cable companies typically charge around $70 a month, so you can price below cable, give residents a better service, and keep the difference as recurring income.

What do residents get?

A secure network with business-grade reliability, fiber-optic speeds and a backup connection to protect uptime. Service is already active when residents move in, so nobody waits on a cable installer.

How does billing work?

Add the service fee to each resident’s monthly rent. Elink sends you one consolidated monthly bill and handles the network. You keep the margin.

How is the network controlled?

The network is managed by Elink and fully configurable for you. You can manage access, including turning off service for residents who do not pay rent or break the terms of their lease.

Will installation damage my building?

No. Our low-voltage installation team has completed many projects without damage. When the work is done your building is fully wired with ethernet, which adds to its value.
