Step 1: design around your building

Step 1

We survey and design

We walk the property and design a network around your building, with a primary and a backup connection where available.

Step 2

Our crews wire every unit

Our own low-voltage team runs ethernet to every unit and installs the network, without damage to your building.

Step 3

Residents move in connected

Internet and TV work on day one. Residents can upgrade speeds or add TV and phone on their own.

Step 4

You collect the margin

Add the fee to rent, pay us one consolidated bill and keep the difference. It flows straight to NOI.

For property owners

DIRECTV Stream for less than half the list price, in every unit

When the whole building enrolls, residents get DIRECTV Stream Entertainment for $25.00 a month instead of $101.98. You bill it with rent and keep the margin.

Multifamily questions

Straight answers. Anything else, ask our team.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is tailored to the size of your property and averages around $35 per unit per month. The monthly fee covers the service with no upfront cost, so it scales with your building.

How does the property owner make money?

You set the price residents pay. Local cable companies typically charge around $70 a month, so you can price below cable, give residents a better service, and keep the difference as recurring income.

How does billing work?

Add the service fee to each resident’s monthly rent. Elink sends you one consolidated monthly bill and handles the network. You keep the margin.

Will installation damage my building?

No. Our low-voltage installation team has completed many projects without damage. When the work is done your building is fully wired with ethernet, which adds to its value.

Tell us about your building

We will walk through your property, the services that fit and what your residents would pay. No cost and no commitment.
