We walk the building: telecom rooms, risers, conduit, every unit. No guessing from a floor plan.
Design the network
Fiber to each floor, a home run to each unit, an access point where residents actually live. You approve the drawings.
Build it clean
Our own crews pull, label and test every run. Labelled at both ends, documented, and yours.
Test every unit
Speed, Wi-Fi coverage and TV tested in every unit before a resident moves in, with the results in your portal.

The cable company makes money on your residents. You should.

Who owns the wiring and equipment?
You do. The network is built for your building and stays with it, labelled and documented, whether you sell, refinance or change providers.
How is this different from a bulk cable agreement?
In a bulk deal the cable company owns the relationship and the revenue, and you get a fee or a small share. With Elink you own the infrastructure and set the resident price, and the margin is yours.
What does it cost to build?
It depends on the building. Pricing varies with the site survey: unit count, existing wiring, risers and conduit. The proposal lays it out before anything is built.
Do residents still get to choose?
Yes. Internet is built into the unit, and residents can add DIRECTV Stream, phone and faster speeds themselves.
Who do residents call?
Elink. A person on our team answers, and your staff never has to troubleshoot a router.
